Dr. John Lloyd from MIT Medical will discuss issues of depression, anxiety, and relational challenges inherent to the graduate student/postdoc experience from a developmental perspective. Dr. Lloyd will take a clinical approach to the topic, use examples, and draw from his experience working with MIT graduate students. He will also discuss effective ways of managing these challenges and mental health treatment offered at the MIT Student Mental Health and Counseling Services.
